Locals cooled off in the shade after a hot and humid day at the third Concert in the Park Sunday at Garfield Park. 

Entertained by the band "The Skinny Little Twits," who played popular rock music, many in the audience danced. Others sat back and listened or picnicked.

Concert series benefactor and former mayor, Ted Shaw, also attended with his family. Various community groups sold refreshments and two middle school students set up a snow cone stand.
