Get Involved: Relay For Life 2012

Thirty teams have signed up to participate in this year's Relay for Life. Interested in getting involved? There's still time. Here's how.

Thirty teams have signed up to participate in South Pasadena's tenth annual Relay For Life, but there's still time to get involved!  

Bracelets benefiting this year's event—which is slated for April 28 and 29—are on sale for $5 at .

The Mission Street shop is also recruiting members for its 2012 team: Temotherapy. Anyone who wants to join or donate to the group will receive 10 percent off an entire purchase at the store during April.

Locals have already raised $6,045 towards the 2012 relay.

", because we had almost 70 survivors show up," Melford said of last year's event. "We are looking forward to 2012 Relay for Life."
