Blog: Adoptable Pets at Pasadena Humane Society

Adopt a new furry friend if you don't already have one–or are planning to get an extra mate.

Pets of the Week are here! Meet this lovely gang of adoptable animals that are looking for a loving forever home. 

A306617 – Kalina is an affectionate gray and white two-year-old tabby. She enjoys attention and loves to roll around and play. Her adoption fee is $70.

A307645 — Martini is a two-year-old brown and black tabby. She loves to lounge around the house and play with toys. Her adoption fee is $70.

A305177 — Dottie is a white and black short hair adult rabbit. She’s very curious and is very social. Her adoption fee is $30.

A307755 — Betty is an eight-year-old tan and white Chihuahua. She is very sweet, calm and gentle. Her normal adoption fee is $120; however, she does qualify for our Seniors for Seniors program in which her adoption fee is waived for adopters 60 years old and older. They only pay the mandatory $20 microchip fee.

A307520 – Gersha is a two-year-old black and tan Chihuahua. He loves treats and loves to be petted. His adoption fee is $120. 

A308453 –Tita is a five-year-old brindle American Staffordshire terrier mix. She qualifies for our Seniors for Seniors program in which her adoption fee is waived for adopters 60 years old and older. Adopters will only pay the mandatory $20 microchip fee. Her regular adoption fee is $120.

A307066 –Huck is a two-month-old cameo tabby. He has plenty of kitten energy and loves to play with his brothers Finn and Scout. His adoption fee is $70. Adopters can also adopt two cats for $85.

A307067 – Finn is a two-month-old cameo tabby. He has plenty of kitten energy and loves to play with his brothers Huck and Scout. His adoption fee is $70. Adopters can also adopt two cats for $85.

A307068 – Scout is a two-month-old cameo tabby. He has plenty of kitten energy and loves to play with his brothers Huck and Finn. His adoption fee is $70. Adopters can also adopt two cats for $85.

The adoption fee includes the animal’s spay/neuter surgery, a microchip, the first set of vaccinations, as well as a free follow-up health check at a participating vet. New adopters will receive complimentary health and wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals. Ask an adoptions counselor for more information during your visit.

Call the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA at 626.792.7151 and refer to the animal’s “A” number, or visit us  at 361 S. Raymond Ave in Pasadena. Adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday; 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday–Friday; and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. Pets may not be available for adoption and cannot be held for potential adopters from phone calls or email. Directions and photos of all pets can be found at www.pasadenahumane.org.

Then, down the left side of the page are multiple news categories. Click the one you want and then it'll ask you if you want to receive email updates about this topic. Once you do, it'll show you as "subscribed.'' If you follow "Top News'' you receive updates on all stories.

As it is I get too many e-mails.... I hope patch will consider to allow following of specific stories instead of all stories under a given category.
