Only Susan Leung's diplomas are up but she retired, and seemingly no longer cares how badly the unsupervised new dentists and office staff reflect on her reputation. The dentists who work here recommend expensive unnecessary work, like "special" uninsured cleanings and other questionable treatments. Also, they advised four fillings for me when a second and third opinion said I only needed one. When they did that one filling they also did an additional procedure that wasn't explained to me and for which I hadn't given my consent, and then tried to bill me for it. The office staff loses paperwork which made me have to make four trips to get a referral to an in network oral surgeon, and ultimately they never gave me one. They set up 9 am appointments and then don't even show up to open the office until 9:15. Basic treatments take hours because they are so disorganized. The office is really shabby and the equipment is old. The staff seems really practiced at trying to blame the patients for any "misunderstandings," and in a really nasty and hostile way. This is the worst run dentist office I've ever seen by quite a distance. I'd advise anyone to avoid this office at all cost.
