Union Bakery covers all the baked goods on the planet, it seems. The glass counter always displays fresh and tantalizing cakes, breads and pastries. The building also seems to carry a lot of history, which makes this a great nostalgic attraction. Inside there's a comfortably homey neighborhood atmosphere. Union Bakery is also a great laid-back spot to stop for lunch. The deli menu is worth a look for sandwiches and quiches, and the croissants always get high ratings.
