Why was this special person by passed all these years. How sad not to have him lead the RoseRead More Parade!
Ron Cooper July 3, 2014 at 05:38 pm
A real loss not to have Louis as the Grand Marshall of next year's Rose Parade! I trust that thoseRead More in charge will somehow honor this TRUE HERO with a fitting remembrance, nonetheless ~ (He said, hopefully). Rest in eternal peace, Mr. Zamperini ~ You have certainly earned your place in Heaven.

Oh, what happy memories I have of Bill Fosselman and his ice cream shop on Mission Street in SouthRead More Pasadena. Remember the juke box "selectors" on the tables and counters? Fosselman's was the go to place after a football game, dance, movie and even after "Open House" at school. It always amazed me when he would greet us by name as we entered his ice cream shop. I will never forget watching him make milkshakes in the silver containers behind the counter as he chatted with the customers. My deepest condolences to the entire Fosselman Family on Bill's passing. He will forever remain in our hearts and memories of a much simpler time...way back when. He was a South Pasadena icon that will live on in all of us whose lives he touched, not just as a beloved friend, but as a part of our extended family.

So as I say, I wake up every morning, thankful that I have exceptional health insurance coverage IRead More found through "Penny Medical" for my family because it gives me peace of mind knowing that my family can count on me to deliver their health care needs.
Sam Burgess December 31, 2011 at 01:09 pm
Kristen, "penny medical" is, if not a scam, a medical coverage offer that should beRead More looked at with great care. I am the one who flagged it as inappropriate because I do not believe anyone should be pushing their medical products on a site dedicated to the memory of anothers loved one. I may be alone in this belief but so be it.
