South Pasadena City Hall was dedicated in 1988 and houses a number of city services, including public works, planning…More and building, transportation and finance. The City Manager and City Clerk also have offices inside City Hall. The South Pasadena Police Department is also located in the building.
The City Council meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month inside the City Council Chambers. Agendas are available on the City's website in advance of the meeting and City Council packets are available for review at the City Clerk's office and the South Pasadena Library.

It also features a cadet program that allows cadets to take on part of the duties of full-time officers, allowing officers to spend more time in the field. Cadets can perform data entry, enforce parking violations and assist the public at the front counter.
