I live smack in the center of South Pasadena, where I blog at Three Squares. My family has been gluten-free for a year now, and my blog documents what we eat. I trained at the French Pastry School in Chicago and have worked in several well-known restaurant kitchens, including Lucques in LA and Charlie Trotter's in Chicago. My own recipes reflect my professional training, but they're written for anyone who wants to embark on becoming a better cook.
